I suffer from lupus and have anxiety because of trying to cope with the problems lupus is giving me. My MSE report on the day was poor
On my Pip consultation report under taking nutrition they have put I have no mental health input even though I having to take medication for anxiety given to me by my gp
Is this allowed for them to report it as no mental health input

I've moved your post to it's own topic, you replied to a post from over a year ago!

The assessor is stating an opinion, so yes they can do this, it doesn't mean that they are correct but it could depend on exactly what you are being treated for and the level of medication that you are receiving.
