losing you motability car

my partner has lost the car we get on mobility as the assessor lied in her report to dwp can you tell us when and how you get the refund of upto £2000 from motability do they put it in your bank or send a cheque to your house hope you can help thankyou

Contact the end of contract Motability team (if you have had a car you will have received details) 0345 155 6011 just dealt with them, many times from beginning to end as we did not think it would happen the most friendly ,helpful , sympathetic people we have dealt with in the last distressing six months .Good luck

we have dealt with them now i managed to get a car on my mobility how long for all depends on weather they will call me in to change my dla to pips lol we are still waiting to hear from the mandatory reconsideration
