YOUR APPEAL - EMPLYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE
follows with:
The decision has been changed in your favour and will not now proceed to the appeal tribunal.
It then states "an explanation of our mandatory reconsideration is set out below"
but there isnt nothing below lol
the a single paragraph outlining if i want more info contact them
they really are inept.

I would contact the DWP and ask for a Decision Letter and updated Payment Letter.

Thank you for your email.
I am currently awaiting information from XX’s current employer [name removed], I hope to receive it sometime this week. Once I have this information our legal team will assess all the information we have on this case and make a decision from there.
We will aim to conclude this investigation within the next 3 weeks.
