What are everyone's thoughts. Basically i scored 0 points on my recent pip assessment on mental health grounds. I think if I put in for a mandatory reconsideration the decision still won't be changed. At least if I redo the assessment I'll have an up to date doctors report and know were I messed up during the first assessment. I just know that the decision won't be changed if I put in for a mandatory reconsideration. Am I better just doing a new claim and knowing now what to expect and can make sure what happened the first time doesn't happen again.
