PIP Form -additional info limit? was created by anne2211
Just how many extra pages can you include with your PIP form???
Im finally making myself complete my PIP application and tho Im only up to Q 5 of 14 Ive pretty much already used the extra pages they give you for more information!
The info Ive written has been seen by my nurse specialist and rather than tell me Id put too much down she pointed out some things I hadnt included! I'll be able to stick to the box provided for a few questons but for some of them I will definitely need more space.I have to get this done by tomorrow(Weds) night so that I can get it photocopied and in the post by Friday.
HELP?? I dont want to overwhelm them but I cant seewhat I can exclude

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

There's no right or wrong amount of information to include, although I would recommend brevity where ever possible but not at the expense of getting your point across.

Think about organising the information, lots or paragraph breaks so that you don't have big blocks of text which are difficult to read. Add numbering to make it easy to find information and an index.

Im writing a draft at the moment and find that I can fit 2 lnes of writing in the 'spaces lines' they print in each box. Is it permissable for me to do that?

You would do better to use additional pages rather than condensing your writing, this also gives you the option of doing them on your computer and then printing them, these can then be attached to the form.
