Hi Was just wondering if you ring pip to find out if a decision has been made and are told “yes” but refused to tell you over the phone. Does this mean more than likely you have failed..as I can’t think why they wouldn’t tell you otherwise??

Not in the least, the computer system flags that a Decision has been made but they are not allowed to tell a claimant, good or bad, until the Decision Letter has been printed and marked as posted.
