If you are waiting for a Medical Report to be sent from your GP s surgery that shows everything about your health would that be good grounds to ask for an adjournment at a PIP Appeal hearing and would the Judge almost have to give you an adjournment for fear of seeming unfair not allowing you time to receive that report to come to a postponed hearing when that report covers everything about your health, it would be deemed unjust later if you were not allowed to have that to use in youre evidence at the Appeal Hearing and at the very least would be very good grounds to take it higher to Upper Tribunal if Appeal Hearing still went ahead giving you the wrong verdict when they hadnt allowed you more time to receive your full Medical Report when through no fault of your own it hadnt arrived in time for you to take it to your Appeal Hearing when you paid for it too.
It's good reason to ask for an adjournment but I will be honest with you and say that you are very unlikely to get one, the Judge will take the view that you have had plenty of time to source the information and it is your failure that it is not available.
