PIP Back pay was created by tracyjeanne
Hi there
2 and half years ago I lost all my DLA which I was getting high on both ... I appealed and went to a tribunal and still I lost ... The hole or deal was horrendous and took many many months to go through all the process ... The welfare rights worker who supported me at the tribunal had never been through anything like it before it was more an I terigation anyway ... I have struggled by on ESA support payments . March this year 2018 I applied again for pip and I’ve just found out I’ve been awarded as some money from pip has been put into my bank ....
My health is exactly the same as it was when I had the tribunal do I have a case to challenge for back pay ?

I'm afraid I don't see any opportunity to backdate the claim further than when you made the new claim for PIP. Although you say your conditions are the same, the DWP and a Tribunal do not agree with you.
