PIP Appeal was created by thisandthat
Hello,
I am filling out the SSC1 appeal form for PIP and I wondered if that for section 5 “grounds for appeal” could I use a just as I did for the M/R? Because this has all of the reasons, except I would obviously change the heading details. My handwriting is awfull and not much better in capitals, and it is not helped that I have dexterity and grip issues.
Kind regards, Jonathan

##Updated## Thanks for the massive response! I have managed to contact HMCTS England& Wales (tel: 0300 123 1142)for the advice that I asked help for, and they were very helpful. The SSC1 form has to be filled in by hand ( capital s and black ink) but section 5 “ grounds for appeal can be typed on a separate sheet(s), as long as you put “ see attached info” in the section 5 box. It was a lot easier to re title my M/R info, than write it all out. All sent off now, so bring it on!!
