Recently went to the tribunal for PIP. Got refused after an hour chatting to 3 judges. They acknoleged i had severe back issues and was diagnosed with PTSD but because i was able to engage with people and make food i wasnt entitled to anything. They also said because i hadnt recieved help from the likes of dissability wales this did not look good. I also stated ii had couda equina but this was dismissed. What can i do next. ?????
You can consider an appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal. This cannot be done becuase you disagree with the Decision, only because you can show that there was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision. The first stage to this is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge.
