It's the DWP office dealing with your claim, the address will be on any letters you have received from them.

Hi. I hope you enjoyed are feeling better after your break.
I sent the second letter from my GP to both the assessment provider and DWP. The DWP referred my case to the Assessment provider in Feb 18. The response from the assessment provider on 19th June after receiving the 2nd GP letter states that I was not required to attend an assessment and my papers were returned to the DWP on 20/03/2018. They forwarded my 2nd GP letter to the DWP in June.
The DWP have sent a letter saying following the work capability assessment they will continue to pay ESA and I am in the Support Group. We have used all the evidence you sent, Information sent by a Healthcare Professional and Information provided by the Health Assessment Advisory Service following your Work Capability Assessment. You don't have to send any more Statement of Fitness for Work and they have sent a letter to doctor to let them know.
What I do not know is how long I am in the Support Group for. Will it cause any problems If I write and ask for ESA85A as I did not have a F2F. Am I also able to ask for all records that are held about me at DWP. If my GP had not asked them to tell me the result of my claim I would have continued to worry without a clue that they had already made a decision within weeks of receiving my ESA50. I assume they were not going to inform me of the outcome, I thought they had a backlog. I am worried that my PIP will be up for renewal in March 2019 a year early of the end award in 2020.
I'm so relieved to be kept in the support group and thank you so much for your help.

Congratulations on the SG award, well done.
There should be no problem with your asking for the ESA85A, just contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, they can also tell you when you are likely to be reassessed.

Thank you. Would the ESA85A have on when I am to be reassessed or do I need to specifically ask how long I have been awarded for and would a normal stamp be ok or is it wise to have it tracked and signed for. Is there any benefit to asking for all the information relating to my file through the freedom of information.
