My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Your DLA information will not be included unless you ask for it to be when you make the initial phone call to start your PIP claim and then, only if the information is still available, which it might not be.
Our recommendation is to include any evidence you want to be considered yourself, that way you can integrate it into your answers on the forum.
