Does the letter mention any diagnoses? The reference to work is it self not a problem but it is not helpful either.

I can't find a definition for "appetuated" either, so given the spelling mistake it might be worth speaking to your GP about a new letter.

There's a GP Notes document in the PIP area that might give some more structure to their letter.
