I finally got a copy of my assessors report......not what I had hoped for she has put crosses in descriptor boxes and then contradicted them when writing below..I guess we will have to wait and see when I get the DM's report.One question why is the ability to plan a journey part of the mobility descriptors ? I can sit here and plan a journey to Australia but I have no chance of physically making that journey.

Because claimants with cognitive or sensory problems might well have problems planning a route!
