Hello I have applied for sheltered housing. Do you know if living in sheltered accommodation will affect my PIP payments? There is no care provided apart from a warden who checks on residents and responds to emergency calls. I am in receipt of enhanced mobility and care components of PIP. Kind regards

There's an old Discussion on RightNet, the forum for Welfare Rights Workers, that suggests that there are circumstances where sheltered housing can effect a claimants PIP, I recommend that you get face to face advice before making any commitment. Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
Based on your post I don't think it is an issue but I cannot state it for certain.
