Hi
My husband send off his MR for ESA on the 17th April, the deadline was the 25th of April, he hasn't heard anything back from them, they did receive it the next day, as was sent by recorded delivery and was signed for, do you think he should give them a ring or just wait for an outcome ??

MRs usually take 5-8 weeks but you will do no harm by phoning the DWP for an update.
