PIP Home assessment DLA to PIP was created by Mark
Hallo I have had a good search but cant find an answer to this question. I have a home assessment shortly form ATOS for DLA to PIP. My wife would normally be there but she is on DLA and is worried they might ask her questions about her own disabilities. There is a stairlift and disabled bathroom in our house.both installed for her but I do use them as well. There s no one else to support me and I would like to reassure her that it will be ok and they are not interested in her. Will they know she is on DLA.

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

This is your claim/assessment, the assessor won't know anything about your wife, they may be interested in the assistance that she gives you but this is solely in regard your assessment, they will not be reporting anything beyond this to the DWP.
