I have a letter from my gp outlines the severity of COPD and inability to carry out tasks in daily living. I have a consultant and now have to go to physiotherapist to help clear my flem from my chest cos I get loads of bad infections Gordon

I also have consultants letter outlining my spirometer readings and how my COPD is affecting me.

Van you show that you get breathless when not asked to perform an activity, it would help if you can.

Yes I get breathless at rest also Gordon think my previous go report states this I also receive maximum treatment though provides little relief that’s from my go letter.
