For the second time my wife has received her AR1 giving her only 16 days to fill out and return.
Received it on 18th May for them to receive on the 9th June which doesn't leave you much time to gather your evidence. I also noticed that the letter always arrives on a Friday! so if your lucky you've only lost a week, last year we had 16 days so had to phone them.
Just wondering if this is 'company policy' ? Id be interested if anyone else has had this problem with late arriving mail or its just a mail problem in general in my area?
