Hi i've just rang ESA to see how my husband MR is doing, and where told the decision was made on the 3rd of May, but we have not received a letter telling us of the decision, is there a time limit to do an appeal ?

The normal time is one month from the date on the Decision Letter, however, you can make a Late request if it is accepted that you had Good Cause for the delay in making it, not receiving the Letter should be accepted as this.
