PIP home assessment

PIP home assessment was created by Alison W.
I’m due to have a home assessment for PIP. I understand they won’t have
access to PIPAT for home visits.

Without it, how will they have details of my case?

I’m concerned they will rely on my poor memory to complete the assessment form.

Thanks.

I'm not convinced that this is actually the case but even if it is then it should shouldn't have a major impact on the report, this is actually produced in two stages, first information from the interview is captured and then secondly and separately from the claimant the bulk of the report is written.

You can always have a copy of your claim form with you, just make sure that you explain why you are referring to it if you do.
