well I assume they would demand a reason - written in blood - to ok that!

I am wondering - if I DONT pursue a MR/appeal - will it affect how they will look at it next time?

Could it also affect future ESA reviews - since it says on the booklet (on here) that some of the questions are linked and the mobility is one.

and thoughts?

You will have to re-address any areas that were underscored on this assessment but other than that I would not expect there to be any impact of a future PIP reassessment. If there was going to be any impact on your ESA claim then you would already know about it.
