funny - when I did music exams as a child - it was always the nice examiners that failed you or gave crap marks

I am not at home so have not received the letter - but according to my HB account they sent a letter on 31st saying I have care, but the pip mobility has been removed

here we go again
what the hell was the point of that court case re. psych distress and mobility
by the time i get home i wont have long to lodge an MR and i know appeals are taking many many months

sigh:(

well I have now seen the official Pip letter

I have scored exactly the same as last time for care
but have recieved 0 for mobility which is worse than last time - even before my appeal
i dont understand why, but they said i was fine in the assessment

will be getting the assessors report but since the letter is dated 29th october, i am rapidly running out of time for MR

the award is until March 2021 with review after March 2020
not sure why it is 2 and HALF years

really unsure about what to do next as i am so scared of losing the care award

You can always make a Late MR request citing your having to wait for the assessor's report as a reason for your doing so.

I can't really offer any advice about your actually making the request, what did you expect to score for Mobility and why?

last time I got 4 points for needing prompting for 'going out' element
however I won tribunal because I cannot go anywhere unfamiliar alone

I have just seen the report
he states there is no evidence of OPD since when I had panic attacks - recently - I was able to continue the journey
BUT
THAT was because I was with another person who was keeping me calm, and reassuring me, and also driving the car!

likewise the situation with the assessment he says i managed it
but again - only because i was with another person

i dont know what to do

also I notice that the assessor suggested review in 18 months
but the DM has changed that to 30

Have a look at the following UTT Decision that may be of help.
