Very short assessment compared to PIP by seemingly efficient nurse.
Very long distance to walk here and no chairs by reception door and arrival hatch.
It took over 10 mins for reception door to answered.
Unpleasant staff make people stand for long time by arrival hatch and shout at you if you can’t stand for over 5 minutes. My problem was made worse by this.
Take someone with you who can stand in for you whilst you sit and wait for these unpleasant people to deal with you when they feel like it.
