Just rang h c p centre up and my esa50 is still with a h c p was told by the call handler that it could be still with hcp because there have the information they need and probs waiting to do a report to dwp Really But I said if a f t f is needed that it would be on screen so I am no wiser h c p had form now 1 week Does this mean that I am being fobed off Pls advise Thanmyiu
ESA assessments are dealt with on a first in, first out basis, so any decision on a Paper Based Review will not happen until your file reaches the top of the pile, depending on your area, this could be weeks or months!
