Hi, I just read in the news section on here about refused PIP claims that will be reviewed. I'm wondering if there a definite date though for claims that will not be looked at again. It says that if the decision to refuse PIP was made before 28th November 2016 then a claim will not be looked at again but does anyone know if that means that is based on 28th November being the date you actually made a claim? or is based on the date on the refusal letter? and if you were refused a Mandatory Reconsideration and lost an appeal is it based on the dates on those decision letters? My first claim was in October 2016 and I went on to lose an appeal later that year but can't remember the dates. I made a fresh claim in February 2018 and was again refused and a Mandatory Reconsideration was also rejected. Due to a deterioration in my already fragile mental health I did not appeal but am now wondering if either of these claims will be looked at again, any info much appreciated thanks.
