I won my tribunal hearing with a unanimous decision back in 2003, and i have the report of that tribunal, is it worth sending with my PIP? or will it not help? i dont want it to seem as though im saying ive won one before so dont try again! but my thinking is it shows i have got worse again since then with the new current problems and evidence? any help most welcome.

There's no reason why you shouldn't send it but I would not expect too much from it, it's old and will be based on different criteria.
