esa support questionaire

Hi I have just failed pip no points was in enhanced care I am appealing. Now just received questioaire for esa and council tax bill. I have been in support group for about 7 years and no face to face at all.

Have I been asked to fill out questionaire becasue i failed pip assessment.
Also could you tell me how I can get into esa support automatically without scoring points. I think that is what happened 7 years ago, thanks

It's possible that the ESA assessment was initiated by the negative PIP result but I doubt it, we have not seen anybody's ESA negative impacted by a failed PIP claim.
