Many thanks,
Your PIP is unaffected by the inheritance. As to your ESA, I can't give a definitive answer, it depends on whether you are receiving any Income Related ESA, the value of the house, whether you are the only owner and what you intend to do with it.
I would recommend that you get face to face advice from a trained advisor, they will be able to calculate your potential payments before you proceed, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town, or county.

I am in receipt of Contribution based ESA and the Support group. I am credited with Nat Ins contributions whilst on this benefit and I understand it is taxabke.
One of my relatives have died.At the moment the house is rented and I will receive half the rent. When the husband dies the house will be sold and I am left half, about £100’000.
Such a worry.
Thank you in advance.

If you are only receiving ESA(CB) then your ESA is not effected by any rental income or the value of the house.
