ESA and premiums was created by mumsgirl

At the moment I get DLA and ESA support group with extra premiums. I'm not sure why I get the premiums (it was the local mental health association that sorted it all out for me). Can you please tell me why I get those premiums? Is it because I get DLA (which may end soon), or is it because I was the sole adult? My daughter has just left school so I need to know if I should inform them to stop paying me them because maybe she is an 'adult' although she doesnt work and is going to college in September?

I believe the critical test for you daughter is whether you are still receiving Child Benefit for her but I would still inform the DWP of her leaving school and explain what she will be doing. Write to the DWP office dealing with your claim and I would send the letter by a Tracked post so that you have proof of delivery.
