Pip

I was rejected for Pip after having to apply following on from my DLA last summer. I’d been awarded higher rate care component and low mobility and still had 2 years to go on my award. I went for mandatory re-consideration and was still awarded 0 points. I didn’t bother going to appeal. My symptoms have worsened and I have another illness now , do I have to re-apply? Does my old claim come into consideration?

Yes you can make a new claim for PIP and no, your previous failure will not be taken into account.
