On Monday I have to attend a compliance interview at my local job centre. I am on esa support group. I have rang to ask why I have an appointment and was told someone has reported me as living together. I am totally shocked. I have declared from day one that a male friend has offered me a room his house until I can get myself sorted but my health has deteriorated so much that have been too ill to look for somewhere to live.
How worried should I be? Has anyone had one of theses interviews and if so what was you asked?
It will depend on your living arrangements and in particular what you can prove in regard to this.
I wold recommend that you get face to face advice from a trained advisor, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
