Just got my date, 9 Aug. Im absolutely dreading it tbh. Ive no one go with ive no family/friends. Had it for 2 yrs but im having yet another assessment. Ive been dreading it. Don’t know if I can go! Ive tried get help from authorities see if someone can go with me! To no avail. Ive lot disabilities but with my agoraphobia I hardly eva step outside my door. I cant stop crying. It was brutal last time. Why do they have put folk through this every time. Feel like they think I’m lying. Plz help me

Try contacting any local volunteer groups and also any charities that specialise in your conditions.
