is it legal to base a whole assessment on passing 6 msk tests
‘slowly and with difficulty’ to quote the Assessor.
I failed the other 6.
Plus informal assessment - getting out of my chair with extreme difficulty, using a stick briefly, turning pages, gesticulation.
All other evidence was misquoted or ignored.
What about
being able to do things repeatedly, reliably and safely (not just once and either fully supported in an armchair or leaning on a quad stick as in the test)
