Hi I don't know if to cry or just sit and wait!! My gp received a frr2 asking for my conditions and how there effect me in a day to basis !!! And risk questions e.g. harm to my self ECT Gp write what my conditions are that's it!!! So my question is my gp does not know me and how my conditions effect me on a day to day basis !!! So worried Will this effect my e s a not much weight on what g p write Thanku
