Have finally recieved all paperwork from DWP dont agree what is writen face to face has told lies saying said this and that where never did. what do i do next i have a letter from doctor should i now send that to the court and do i write what i dont agree with from the DWP reply. confussed as what to do next apart from waiting for the appeal date.
Dealing with the issue in the report can be important but is very unlikely to result in an award, stick to the issues that directly lead to points and show that the assessor is incorrect by reference to the content in and with the PIP2,
More importantly, go back to the PIP Claim guide, your claim form and the assessment report and make sure that you have properly explained how your problems mean that are unable to reliably compete the PIP activities on the majority of days.
