I’ve just had my review paperwork. My award being from 16/10/2013 - 03/09/2019. Although I still have my statement of entitlement detailing where my points were awarded, I’m struggling finding my actual original claim. Can I ask for a copy from PIP?
My claim was for my back which is worse but my knee(s) ( new to PIP ) even worse still. I assume I update with this new information. Thank you
