Ok, thanks. Sorry if I sounded wound up, I was in such a quandary over what to do and couldn't understand why they gave me conflicting information. I've also been confused the whole way through over the descriptors for going out and stressed because it didn't make sense. Last night I found a post on here written a few months ago, from a lady called Belle, who pretty much described my problem with the feeling of fitting 2 descriptors. I didnt know how best to describe that accurately either, when for their purposes you have to qualify or 'fit' one or the other. So knowing I'm not alone in that helps but it is too late now anyway. I think maybe I should just have withdrawn but I appreciate your help, thanks

The most important thing you need to do is to understand the criteria you need to make an make an objective decision about whether you meet it or not. There's no value in pursuing an appeal that realistically you cannot win.
