Presenting Officer at tribunal was created by sweetpea
I have been informed that a PO will be present at my tribunal & they will contest my appeal "vigorously" Does anyone have experience of this?

The PO has the same standing at the Tribunal that you do so it will very much depend on how the Judge invites them to participate in the hearing, although like you, they will be given an opportunity to make their case at the end of the hearing.

A PO "vigorously" contesting your appeal may be to your advantage as Judges don't like to be interupted.
