So the face to face is likely the result of there being insufficient relevant medical evidence for the assessor to make a recommendation to the DWP, this could also be because your conditions are variable and they cannot determine how you are affected on the majority of days.
You can try contacting the Assesment Provider to see why they have asked for a face to face and then speak to your GP about the issue and see whether they will help you.
