I had my f2f assesment 3 days ago and reading from others on this site mine was not very long 35mins in total. Is this a good or a bad thing?

I hope you will forgive me but I have given up trying to pick the result of an assessment based on the length of the interview. It could be bad because the assessor has not done their job properly or it could be good because they found it easy to make a recommendation to the DWP based on your form and anything you attached.
You can request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim, this will give you an understanding of what you might score.
