I applied for PIP and posted off the form exactly one month ago and received a letter from Capita regarding possible face to face assessment. All this waiting is making me very anxious. I might ring PIP helpline for an update tomorrow, becuase I just cant stand not knowing anymore! Will they be able to tell me over the phone what's happening?
