Sorry this is urgent as we have to post the MR request today! I am helping my sister submit an MR on a decision letter dated 10 August 2018 that she does "not have any limited capability for work" . (She was originally awarded ESA (MH grounds) on Appeal to the Tribunal in 2010 and subsequent reassessments have continued the award). She received the decision letter on 16/08/18 and phoned to request a reasons letter. The reasons letter arrived on 22/08/2018 and IS DATED 17 APRIL 2018, 12 days after the date of her medical assessment on 5 April 2018. The MR request and evidence has to be sent to the address on the decision letter (ESA Belfast Mail Site A Wolverhampton WV98 2AZ). The address on the Reasons letter is Stratford BC Mail Site A Wolverhampton WV98 1LA. Obviously very concerned that DWP Reasons letter is dated April, but do you think we should send the MR submission to the Decision letter address or the reasons address or opt for belt and braces and send to both? Your thoughts would be very much appreciated! We would like to send RM Signed For 1st Class by 4pm today!! Thank you.
