ESA Assessment Phase was created by Mitz78
Hi, sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place however I could not work out how to post a query anywhere else, anyway on to my query ☺️ I completed and posted my ESA50 questionnaire on the 24th August and I have not heard anything since, is this normal as I was expecting to receive a letter confirming a date for a medical assessment by now, thanks in advance for any help you can offer ☺️

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I've had to move your post, we ask members not to post their questions in other topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being taken or given.

There is a New Topic button if you scroll up.

There are considerable delays in the ESA assessment process, some members have reported wait times of nine months or more. If this is a new claim for ESA then we believe that these are being prioritised but even then wait times appear to be a minimum of 8-9 weeks.

Hi Gordon, thank you for the heads up on the fact that my full name was showing, I have amended that now ☺️ with regards to my initial query and your response I'm guessing that I will just have to wait it out until I get a response, there was me worrying about 3 weeks when others have waited several months for a response lol I'm guessing that I keep sending my fit notes in to them anyway and I assume that I will keep getting the assessment phase payments whilst I wait for the next stage which I'm sure will be the face to face interview/assessment, any help/tips on that aspect would be great, thank you for your help as I really do appreciate it ☺️

Our ESA Claim guides have sections on the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked.
