My Daughter had her PIP face to face assessment on the 10th September. she is moving from dla to pip. Can anybody please advise where can I obtain a copy of the report from Capita or the DWP?

Contact the DWP office dealing with her claim.

Many Thanks for your reply. How long does it usually take for the assessors report report to be ready.

The DWP should receive the report a couple of working days after the assessment.

There may be an opportunity to write to the DWP about your concerns with the report, failing that you will have to wait until you receive the Decision, if the award is not what you expected then you can request a Mandatory Reconsideration.
