I will soon be filling in an ESA1. I have a few conditions but one of them has not been officially diagnosed. Should I still mention this condition and symptoms or just skip it entirely?
The ESA1 only asks basic information about your conditions and is not used as part of the assessment process, I would mention it but you won't have to explain your symptoms until you receive an ESA50.
