Hi, Does anyone know anything about what the Form MF47 is for? My Son who is my Carer had to sign this form after the Compliance Officer wrote a statement! Is this correct?
In just signing this form does it constitute that you have admitted to knowingly committing Fraud? Or if you were admitting it would it have to be written and included in the Statement and then signed? As my Son went to an interview and unknowingly signed this form! He is my Carer and Self Employed as well which is very difficult and they are trying to Penalise him for this. He doesn't claim any other Benefits. If anyone else has any advice this would be really helpful as he might have Unknowingly been complicit in admitting to Fraud by the very act of signing a MF47! And if this is the case is there anything he could do to rectify this? He is such a good Boy and is really trying so hard to do both. Would really appreciate any advice thanks for reading
