Hi,
I'm going to ask my consultant to provide a supporting letter for my PIP claim but I am wondering what a useful consultant's letter might be like. What sort of things/information/content does a letter that's useful to a successful claim include?
I'm specifically asking in relation to an award review form, not a form for a new claim, if that makes any difference. (I can't locate the letter my consultant provided last time to compare it to a new letter.)
I'm sorry if this is covered in the long guide about filling out the forms. I can't see any info in it that seems to cover this query, but I might have missed it.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Ideally, you want you Consultant to write about the problems you would have in completing each of the PIP activities, in reality, they may not be able to do this so ailing that you need to them to write about the limitations that result from your conditions which would reasonably imply problems with completing the activities.
There is a GP Notes document in the PIP area that you could supply them with, even if they fell uncomfortable completing it, they can still use the content to structure their own letter.
