Hi I need to complete the ESA50 form for my sister (Borderline personality disorder and depression) and my son (asperger's depression anxiety and OCD) Could you tell me if we need to complete part 1 physical functions at all or only part 2? Many thanks

If they have no problems with the activities in questions 1 to 10 then just mark them as "not applicable" or "no problems".
