I am in ESA support group for 3 yrs originally but deferred for 2 yrs earlier this year and PIP enhanced both for 5 yrs. I had paper assessments for both. I have strong medical evidence and my medical team have said it would be damaging to my health to undergo interviews. When the reviews come up, should I be assessed on paper again and is there anything else I need to do? I couldn’t manage any kind of face to face wherever it was as I cannot deal with people and I would see it as threatening situation which would make me violent.
You will need to do whatever you did last time as a previous Paper Based Review does not imply that one will be required the next time you are reviewed. So you need to get up to date medical evidence to support the need for a PBR.
